Auto Deliver Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the FleaTickWorm.co.nz Auto Deliver subscription service (“Auto Deliver”). By creating or maintaining an Auto Deliver, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Trade and Privacy Policy.

How Auto Deliver Works

Auto Deliver allows you to receive your selected products automatically at your chosen frequency. You can update, pause, or cancel your Auto Deliver at any time through your online account.

Pricing and Discounts

The price charged for each Auto Deliver order will be the price displayed on FleaTickWorm.co.nz at the time your order is processed, including any applicable discounts or promotions. Some promotions apply only to Auto Deliver orders, while others may exclude them. If a promotional offer has specific conditions, these will be stated clearly at the time of the offer.

Payment and Processing

By signing up for Auto Deliver, you authorise us to charge the payment method saved in your account for each scheduled order. Orders are processed automatically according to your chosen frequency. You will receive an email reminder approximately 3 to 5 days before each Auto Deliver is charged and dispatched.

Shipping

Standard shipping terms apply to Auto Deliver orders unless otherwise stated. We will notify you if shipping rates or delivery options change.

Changes, Pauses, and Cancellations

You can change, pause, or cancel your Auto Deliver at any time by logging into your account. Changes must be made before your next scheduled processing date to take effect for that order. If an Auto Deliver is cancelled after an order has already been processed, that order cannot be refunded unless required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Product Availability and Substitutions

If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you before the next scheduled order to discuss suitable alternatives or pauses. We reserve the right to discontinue items from the Auto Deliver range.

Price and Term Updates

We may adjust product prices or Auto Deliver terms from time to time. Any change will be communicated in advance by email. We will notify you at least 5 days before any price or term changes take effect. Continuing your Auto Deliver after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Payment Method

Your saved payment method will remain active until you cancel your Auto Deliver or update your payment details. You can change or remove your payment method at any time through your account.

Fair Trading and Consumer Rights

FleaTickWorm.co.nz operates in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986 and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We aim to ensure all pricing, promotional, and subscription information is accurate, clear, and not misleading. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under New Zealand law.
