Availability and Duration

Where a Promotion is changed or withdrawn, any affected orders already confirmed will be honoured unless otherwise stated. Minimum spend amounts, order quantities, or other conditions may apply, as stated in the promotional details. Discounts apply to eligible items only and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Promotional pricing or free gift offers cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases.

Auto Deliver Subscriptions

Where a Promotion applies to Auto Deliver, the discount may apply only to the first order or for a limited number of deliveries. Cancellation or changes to your subscription may affect eligibility. You can manage or cancel your Auto Deliver at any time through your account.

Errors and Misprints

We do our best to ensure all promotional information is accurate. If an error or omission occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel or amend any affected orders, in line with New Zealand consumer law.

Right to Withdraw or Amend

We may cancel, modify, or suspend any Promotion if required for reasons beyond our reasonable control, such as system issues, stock shortages, or supplier changes.

Fair Trading and Compliance

These Promotional Terms are designed to comply with the Fair Trading Act 1986 and guidance from the New Zealand Commerce Commission. We take care to ensure promotions are clear, accurate, and not misleading. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
