General Information
All orders placed on FleaTickWorm are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to our shipping terms. If we are unable to process your order due to unforeseen stock shortages or other complications, we will notify you directly through the contact information provided at checkout.
Orders are typically delivered 1-2 business days from order confirmation and payment. Most orders will be delivered overnight, if the order is placed before 2pm. Rural deliveries typically add 1 business day.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched from our local warehouse the same business day after the receipt of payment, or the next business day. During peak periods or due to exceptional circumstances, dispatch times may be extended. If the dispatch of your order is significantly delayed, we will inform you accordingly.
Delivery Time Estimates
Orders are typically delivered 1-3 business days after order dispatch. Please note that these are estimated times only and actual delivery times may vary based on location, logistics, and other factors beyond our control. FleaTickWorm makes every effort to deliver your products within the estimated timeframes, however, we do not guarantee that orders will be delivered within the specified time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These costs may vary based on the weight of the package, the shipping method selected, and your location.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. FleaTickWorm is not responsible for any fees, customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Please take photos of the damaged product and contact Customer Service with your order number. Returns or refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis as per our Returns Policy. FleaTickWorm is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
